Through our "Principals Investment Providers Group" with several structured financial transactions and in all possible cases, we are able to structure for Real Buyer to overcome breaking heads to issue real financial instruments such as MT799 pre advise and/or MT760 BG/SBLC to the nominated authorized seller of the government.

For instance, one of our financial transaction solution structures is as follows.

> the Real Buyer signs contract with us to issue the bank instruments to

authorized seller of the government

> we issue collaterals such as MT799 Pre Advise to the government nominated seller

> we sends to the Real Buyer MT799 proof of issuance copies to Seller and MT799 proof

replied copies from Seller's bank

> the Real Buyer engages his payment bank to issue Letter of Undertaking to pay

against the commodity via Official Email Coded to the government nominated Seller's

bank

> we issue MT760 BG/SBLC to the government nominated authorized Seller

> the crude oil shipment assign to the Real Buyer

> after authenctication, verification and completion of all agreed formalitites of the crude

oil shipment to the Real Buyer, the Real Buyer releases payments

For this financial structure, the Real Buyer shall overcome many breaking heads to issue Letter of Credits and receive the crude oil.
